1. Your Right to Return
You have the right to return your Hardero order within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery, without providing a reason. This right applies in accordance with consumer protection principles consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and New Zealand consumer law.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at support@vitalshclearing.world or by phone at +64-9-000-0000. State your name, order details and reason for return (optional). We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Conditions for Return
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
- Opened or partially used bottles are not eligible for a refund unless the product was defective on receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer - please provide your bank account details when initiating your return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened and used, or that show signs of tampering, are not eligible for return unless defective.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
